Change from WordPress?

    Is there an way to modify who the emails appear to be coming from, say our Co name instead of wordpress?

    Hi @jessicaz,
    Thanks for your message.

    Yes. Depending on which notification you’re setting-up, you can tick the box that says ‘Set “From” Name & Email, CC, BCC’ and change the from name and email address there.

    I’m getting this message:
    “This notification doesn’t support additional email fields due to a limitation in WordPress.”

    for both the user lost password – for users and new user registration – for users

    Hi @jessicaz,
    Ah, unfortunately, due to a restriction in WordPress that doesn’t allow the headers of those emails to be changed, you aren’t able to change the From and To fields on those emails.
    I’d love to be able to improve this but until WordPress release an update that changes this, there’s not a lot more I can do.

    You should be able to use the From and To fields for most of the other notifications within BNFW however.
