That is just the normal guestbook, while the website uses a custom theme. You can install any theme you want. This plugin should just display the guestbook parts inside the content.
This plugin uses minimal styling. If you have a theme that styles the form and buttons, it will just use that.

With this I can create a nice layout? Because now in the standard wordpress theme, it doesn’t look that good (Times new roman as font, width of guestbook is very small)

The width of the guestbook just uses the width that is available in the theme for the content.
There are many good themes available at ww.wp.xz.cn.
Commercial themes often look flashy, but the code can be a nightmare.
I cannot make that choice for you :).
