Change Image URL

Is there is a way to change the link of the image, when we GET and link and insert into post, the image is linked to the URL link we used.. is there a way to tweak that URL or not have it linked to the link at all.

%image% is linked to URL, I need to change like this:

%image% is linked to <yoursite.com>?url=URL
