Change individual ticket layout

    Hello everyone,

    I would like to change the layout of the individual ticket layout, where the message box appear at the top of the layout and then the messages history at the bottom in descending order, so the layout will be like this:

    Write a reply
    [Message Box]
    [submit button]

    [Message history, desc…] show 10 latest messages
