    Hi,

How can I make my form input field for email addresses larger? The form in my footer has plenty of horizontal space, but I can’t figure out how to increase the width of the email field.

    Please help!

    Thanks

    Hi @dilne3,

I see the fields are next to each other on the same row, so if you want to make the input width wider, you could try to change the column width in the form editor.

Can you please check if they’re set to 100%?

Thanks for your help. It turns out there was an invisible box around the the buttons that was very difficult to find where to click to edit it. In the settings for this box I was able to set the columns from 1 to 2 to 1 which reset the input field and subscribe button which meant they stretched to fill the width 100%, which was great.

But then I wanted the input field to be approx. 70% width and the button approx. 30% width (approx. to compensate for padding). To do this, there is an additional box surrounding the input field and subscribe button where the width can be set. It’s impossible to find this button exists unless you accidentally click it, it should be clearer!
