Change IP detection

All traffic shows as my server IP, I checked the IP detection in tools>diagnostics>ip detection and it shows REMOTE_ADDR checked with my server IP. The correct IP is showing next to X-real-IP and X-Forwarded_For, but it doesn’t allow me change to either of those options. How do I change the IP detection?
