Comment.php should be the area to check for your changing the language or check theme-options.php, options-framework.php

I’m having problem in find theme-options.php. in what folder it’s located?
Comments.php can be checked within wp-content/themes/skt-full-width/
or via Appearance>Editor
There you will find language of the comments

Hi,
Please someone tell me where can i find the file where i could change the language of the comment area
Or if there is an easier way to do it that doesn’t involve me paying the pro version.
