Change link output

    How do I go about changing the output of the link text?
    For instance, YARPP will display a link title that is the same as the related post title… “Nike Sneakers” or “Adidas Sneakers” etc., but I want the link title to always display “Learn more about this sneaker…”
    Is there a suggested code snippet that I can drop into a functions or custom PHP file?
