    how do I get my post links to actually have the title in them instead of ?=p360 or whatever..

    is there any benefit from doing this?

    Go to Options >> Permalinks in your admin section. It explains things there.

    Yes, there is a benefit to doing that. It will help you in the search engines (titles are important for SEO – search engine optimization).
