Change Media Image Caption Dynamically

    Hello,

    I am using media image caption to display in frontend. if i attached image to any post it display proper image with caption but if i changed image caption from media edit image it will not reflect to post image caption. Is there any short code, function or hook so this will be done automatically?
    Please suggest me something.
