Change menu for a different language

    I need to be able to have a menu button that when clicked results in the menu button being replaced by a new menu in a different language. I thought all I would have to do is to build a second menu in another language and then there would be a menu option to have a button switch menus when clicked. Apparently that is not how it is done. Could someone point me in the right direction as to how to do this?
