Change 'mp3' text!

Hi. I’m trying to stream an audio mp3 via this plugin and I can’t figure out how to change the title displayed by the plugin. I’m streaming the audio from a similar address: “http://www.exmaple.com/mp3” and the plugin displays the title mp3 which I want to change.

What I’ve already tried and didn’t work!
