Change or Update content on Multisite

Hello,

I’ve been using WordPress for a year now and felt quite comfortable with front end design and content management, but after gaining a new client with a Multisite set-up, I’m stub as to how to update any content or install new plug-ins. Do I not have admin rights or is it something else that I’m missing.

The dashboard options are different and other things like appearance and pages are missing. I need to update a slider with new images and add a new form to only 3 of the sites, but I have no idea how to do this.
