Change password do not work

Hi guys,

Is their a reason why the password reset process is not working? When clicking on “reset password” button in the email received, we are redirect to a custom link on the website so we can reset the password. We enter the password twice and click SAVE.

But it’s not working, after we click SAVE, it just reload on the same page.. and do not change it in the backend.

Anyone can help here?
