    Hello, we are having the following issue when we try to change the payment method of a subscription, the issue started in v9.3.0, we tested with 9.3.1 and it also happen. It works well with v9.2.0.

    upe_classic.js?ver=9.3.1:3 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'mount')
    at A (upe_classic.js?ver=9.3.1:3:891)

  • We’ve had a subscription customers report difficulty as well with changing payment methods since updating to v9.3.1. On the front-end they see a message: Received unknown parameter: order

    I’m attempting to roll back to 9.2.0 to se if that fixes it as well.

    I understand that changing the payment method for a subscription started causing an error in v9.3.0 and continues in v9.3.1, while it works fine in v9.2.0.

    Which plugin are you using for the subscription feature? Please share a screenshot of the page where you’re trying to change the payment method. You may use https://snipboard.io to upload an image and share the link here.

    Also, is the error appearing on the page or in the error log (WooCommerce > System Status > Logs)?

    We are using WooCommerce Subscriptions and the issue happens when an user tries to change the payment method of a subscription from the WooCommerce My Account page:
    My Account -> Subscriptions -> [Any of the existing subscriptions] -> Change Payment Method

    Hi @saucal,

    Since this relates to a premium extension: WooCommerce Subscriptions, you’ll need to contact us directly via WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support. You may need to log in to the account used to purchase the extension, before you’re able to access that page.

    As per the forum guidelines, no support for premium extensions is done here but we will be happy to assist you further from there.
