Add this PHP code to your child theme functions.php file. It will do it-

add_filter( 'wpb_fp_post_type_slug', function( $slug ){
    $slug = 'coaches';

    return $slug;
} );

After adding it, you need to Refresh / Flush WordPress Permalinks.
Step 1: In the WordPress admin area, go to “Settings > Permalinks”
Step 2: Click “Save Changes”
Step 3: Permalinks and rewrite rules are flushed.
