Change permalink structure

Hello all,

For all post type a have a permalink structure like http://www.fresoil.com/2017/dev/blog/events/how-to-turn-negotiations-success

i want to remove blog from this structure means my permalink should be like http://www.fresoil.com/2017/dev/events/how-to-turn-negotiations-success

Can you help me to get this done or tell e the file fro where i can remove “blog” from the links. This “blog” is permanent in all links.I can edit only after (blog) http://www.fresoil.com/2017/dev/blog/… Please help me to get this done.
