Change permalinks and redirect?

    Good day.
    Consider the possibility to change the settings permanent links from
    /%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%post_id%
    to
    /%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/

    WP should arrange redirection links of the old type to the new one. But does not. How to fix it? How to organize redirection?
