change Permalinks to /%postname%/

Hi All,

So I changed the Permalnks to custome: /%postname%/ then after I hit save the dashboard wont show me the permalinks any longer and now if you go to my website http://www.hntravel.com the site wont load and shows blank.. Please help? is there something I need to change in a code..I cant get access to permalinks any longer since it wont load. Please help me as soon as you can.
