• Hello,
I have a client that has a new leads program, and when a customer fills out the form, they use that program to pull the info from their pop e-mail. The issue is that it needs to be plaintext (so I switched it to plain text instead of html in options for wpforms)
and when they get the e-mail the labels are on one line, and then below it is the input.
Is there anyway to change the format of this, because they need each label and the input to come in their e-mail on one line each in plaintext.

    Thank you,

    Jamison

    Hi @jamisonb,

Currently we don’t have an option to change the format of the notification email template. I’ve made a note of the feature request and we’ll keep it on our radar as we plan out our roadmap for the future.

For now you can consider doing this by building out the notification content in a more customized way using regular text, HTML (optional), and Smart Tags. In case it helps, here’s a screenshot of an example.

    Hope this helps!
