Change single item's CSS (current/active)

    I need to change the background of one single menu item with CSS, as I don’t want this item to have the same background color as another active item:

    LI#menu-item-ID.menu-item.menu-item-type-custom.menu-item-object-custom.current-menu-item.menu-item-ID

    No effects on changes, unfortunately. Suppose plugin is using !important on this?!
