Change something in the post

Hi,

I run a website where in every post I need to place a script for a YouTube video. Every post has a different video, but the same script:

<script type="text/javascript" src="//mywebsite.com/p/mywebsite_instream_player/y/#####.js" ></script>

On the place where ##### is should be the YouTube video id is (after the youtube.com/watch?v=).

I don’t know if this plugin supports what I would want, but my question is:
Can I insert this script in my post and then change that video ID in my post? So that every new post I make, I can just put the video ID in and that’s it.

I know it’s easy to just copy and paste the script, but I am just looking for a plugin that would make my life easier. 🙂
