Hello,

Just updated to 3.0.3 – all of a sudden we get:

“Change status to Trash (or whichever) on June 29, 2023 6:13 am”

That’s too much unnecessary text – space is limited in our admin area. Is there a way to alter the text in that message to go back to just the minimum? Like it was before? [clock icon – Date] This extra text pushes everything down and limits the amount of posts visible on screen – especially annoying on mobile. This goes for the “posts” list page as well as the “edit post” dialog.

If not please link me to previous versions.

Thank you. I hope you strongly consider it or we will not be able to update past 2.9x. It’s completely unnecessary verbiage – it adds nothing to the plugins functionality.

Or maybe you could advise me as to which files I could modify to remove the extra text.

Hi @daffydd57,

We understand that change do not fit your use cases, but it does in other cases. We decided to add a setting for allowing to choose between a more compact information there (as you suggested) or a more verbose one.

There is no template file that could be customized, for now.
