Change String for Specific Product Category

Hi, I have 4 product categories. 3 of which are sold in rolls unit, whereas the 4th is sold in SQFT.

For the 3 categories sold in unit, How can I change the string on the product pages to show “2 rolls left in stock” instead of “2 left in stock” ? and on the 4th category change it similarly but in sqft : “2 SQFT left in stock”
