Change text 'Continue Reading' – Canvas Theme

    Newbie here! Is there a quick & easy method to change the language of ‘continue reading’ link from English to Spanish? I am using the Canvas theme and not experienced in coding, so an ‘idiots guide’ would be appreciated. Thanks.
