Change text language

Hello,
My webpage’s main language is Spanish. There is a button that appears thanks to this plugin that says “Continue Shopping” and also a text that goes something like this: “you only need $x amount for free shipping”. I have already downloaded Loco Translate to change the language of this phrase but it won’t show up… How can I “hardcode” this text?
