Change text on form

Hello.

I have a Givewp form on my site. It’s right at the bottom of the main page http://www.vipnoviny.cz. I also have donation goals set there.

I would need to change the word “funded” and put my own short text there.

How can I do this? I don’t see an option to change it in the normal settings.
