change the comment_reply_link link

I know how to change the login text and reply text, but I am having the damnedest time trying to figure out how to change the actual link. I am using the login with ajax plugin so I would prefer to send them to that place on the page (instead of the wp-login screen it defaults to) which I know how to do. I just do not know how to change the link and I looked up in the codex and nothing. I am sure it is something simple I am overlooking at this time of day.
