Change the formatting

    On this website i have publication lists:
    http://www.sexualtherapie-basel.ch/2015/literatur/sexualtherapie/

    The actual format is:
    Clement, Ulrich
    Systemische Sexualtherapie (Book)
    Klett-Cotta, 2006, (Grundlage der systemische Sexualtherapie. Konzept und praktisches Vorgehen).
    (Abstract | Links | BibTeX)

    I want to change it to:

    Clement, Ulrich
    Systemische Sexualtherapie (Book)
    Klett-Cotta, 2006
    Grundlage der systemische Sexualtherapie. Konzept und praktisches Vorgehen.
    (Abstract | Links | BibTeX)

    The note should be in a separate line and the round bracket should be removed.

    Is there a way to change this without patching the source code? Thank you for ideas!
