change the link

hi, I put your shortcode in one of the sections of the main page that you can have with the twenty seventeen theme. the problem I have is that the post grid have a pagination buttons at the bottom of the section. when I click on the pagination it goes at the top of the main page. I would like to know if there is some way to change the link to go at the section? thanks in advance. Frank
