I just tested a plugin with a new WordPress installation and everything works fine.
You don’t have any errors on site and plugin shouldn’t be in conflict with other plugins, but just be certain you can try to deactivate all plugins except WP Night Mode and see if that helps.
Also, you can try to deactivate the current theme and test the plugin with Twenty Seventeen theme for example and please check one more time if you have selected “Style 3” option.
