Change timezone?

    The timezone of WordPress configuration is used. Change the wanted value in the Settings -> General section.

    Hi my friend
    I change the timezone of WordPress configuration but on the 03:00am plugin starts the new day and my wordpress start day of week is sat but plugin start week on sun.
    how to set the timezone manually ???
