Change to permalink

    Hello,
    Wordpress automatically removes the apostrophe from a post’s permalink.
    Is it possible that it is replaced by a character like ‘-‘ ? How can I do?
    I know that it is possible to modify the permalink also through code to be added to the functions.php file of theme.
    Which could be?
