Change trigger point

I know this is more of a default behaviour but could you please wap this in to your plugin??? The native wpb_animate_when_almost_visible happens so late leaving the page empty making it seem broken, I want the animation to trigger much sooner maybe 20% of the page rather than how it currently is.
