change upload directory

    I’m sorry for my insistence, but my client has purchased a Windows domain and in my WP installation I changed the wp-content file’s path in the default-constants.php in wp-includes.
    Now, in this plugin can I change the path from “wp-content/uploads/filebase” in “public/wp-content/uploads/filebase”?
