Once you sign up to an account on ww.wp.xz.cn using an email address, that email address cannot be used on another account.
According to what someone else wrote here. Thus, it is possible to change the email.
And I’m doing with WordPress and I definitely think that somehow it goes somewhere rewrite. And the bill where it has been used, then I changed the email account and I let deactivated. So just do not be a problem, the email set up there.

If you’re having the same issue as the other person then follow the instructions. You are asking to circumvent a limitation on the forum software, and I think that limitation was put in for a good reason.
