Change WordPress Link and Title

    Hi,

    I am running an WordPress Multisite network. I wanted to do 2 things.

    1. Change the link of “Learn more about getting started” from admin dashboard. Currently it is http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/First_Steps_With_WordPress

    I wanted to link it to an internal page of my network. The getting started page of wordpress does not suit my users.

    2. How to change the WordPress text into my Network’s name in the Title of the Admin Area. Currently when logged into admin area the title is

    Dashboard <sitename> -WordPress

    Please Help Me.
