Hiding the wp-admin url is not worth it because hackers will still be able to figure out you are using WordPress. All hiding the wp-admin url will do is detour them for a minute or two.
My suggestion would be to just make sure you have fully configured WordFence to protect the site and leave everything else as is.
Hope this helps.

I think the whole purpose of the hide login form page is to avoid of brute-force attack, right?
Again, there is no need to hide the login page WordFence has brute force protection built into it. Just make sure WordFence is fully configured. Hackers will figure out it is WP either even if you hide the wp-admin and you will still need to make sure the brute force protection in WordFence is configured.

I want to change or hide the URL of the login form page
Please do not. It doesn’t do anything and can easily make your site unsupportable.
If you are concerned about brute force login attempts then consider addressing that with a plugin or add 2FA to your login also with a plugin.
