Change WP Theme Code

    Hello,

    I would like to change the code of a theme that I have installed on my website, when I wrote to the support of the theme, they said that I should go the way wp-content/themes/youko/framework-customizations/extensions/services/views/loop-item2.php and go to line 42 and there I could change what I want. But if I attach this path to my domain (https://arbeitsoberflaeche.de/wp-content/themes/youko/framework-customizations/extensions/services/views/loop-item2.php) I only get to a blank page. I guess I did something wrong, can you help me? The theme support wanted the access data of the website, which i didn’t want to give them, so i am asking here fo help.
