Changed domain and post id:s

Hi! I had a WP blog that I have now re-created on my new website. I am trying to direct old blog posts that I had on a subdomain to new posts on my main domain. For example:
http://blog.mountain-spirit-guides.com/?p=1748 to http://www.mountain-spirit-guides.com/blog/grepon-mer-de-glace/
Is this possible with simple 301 redirects?
I have already redirected blog.mountain-spirit-guides.com to http://www.mountain-spirit-guides.com/blog/ via my cPanel.
I only know the old posts by their post-id:s and the new posts by their post-names. But probably I have the same id:s that were used on my old blog, now in use for other pages on my new site, which might make this impossible..?
