It’s not behaving as it’s brand new. It is brand new.
You’ve lost everything unless you’ve got backups for the database at the uwvideoguide.com host. The files are only there to process and display the information stored in the database. Without the information, there’s nothing to display.

Using “Fetch” I can see that all my files, uploads, themes etc are STILL online being hosted at “http://www.waterworksproductions.biz”….
So – apologies for coming across a little “simple” but – nothing has changed, apart from the MySQL database… Are you saying that it is the MySQL database that stores ALL info (posts / pages / links to images etc?)
If that is the case then please can you advise me on the next step (for another domain):

A database is used for storage of your posts. If you were using a particular database to store everything and you just start pointing to a totally different (new/empty) database then your site won’t have any posts.
You will need to upload a backup of your old database to the new one. If you don’t have a backup (which would be stupid mistake #2) then you are going to have to ask your old host really, really nicely if they will give you a copy of your backup. Given that you are no longer a customer there isn’t much reason why they should do this for free so you may have to pay.

I don’t need to know what to do…. I already confirmed that I’m slightly more aware of the situation than I was a half hour ago…. I need to know HOW to do it……

maybe in future, you should consider changing the word “stupid” for something less critical, like “silly”? I admit, my mistake was silly…. my Intelligence Quota, however, shows that I am far from stupid 🙂

You’ll need to export the existing databse and import it at the new host. You can do this in phpmyadmin or, I think, the wordpress export/import tool.
I don’t have any experience with this so I’ll leave it for the others to give the instructions or you could just do a search on Google.
