• Users have attempted to reset their passwords. When they receive their email prompt to change the password, they do so, but when trying to log in with the new password, it is not recognized.

    As the Admin I have input a new password for the users and when attempting to log in as them with the new password, it also is not recognized. I have tried multiple times with the same user using long passwords, short, with and without numbers, etc. no luck.

    There are no error messages on the server.
    The Browser cookies are cleared and so is the cache
