Need help with the Colibri Theme

I used this code:

and it worked before but after changing servers it doesn’t seem to work now

Sometimes it shows up and sometimes it disappears. Not really sure what’s happening.

Something changed for some reason and the Colibri link is showing up again in my footer even with this code:
