    Super weird that I went into my website today and the entire thing is basically locked out because I have to accept new terms for this plugin that I paid for. What the developer does not understand is that you cannot change these terms and essentially disable a website for your own gain. Further, you can’t change an existing contract and force the end-user to accept terms to govern the previous agreed-upon terms. This is a class lawsuit waiting to happen.

    Please note that our terms have not changed. Since 2018, all of our products have been sold under the same condition: use on your own websites. This has always been clearly stated in our product description and included in the plugin itself as a EULA file from day one.

    The recent update simply makes the EULA visible in the interface for transparency. We have not altered the agreement. We are now enforcing the original terms more visibly.

    We understand this might be frustrating, but our goal is to ensure fair use and protect the integrity of the product for all genuine users.

    Hi Yani,

    Thanks for clarifying that the “own websites only” condition has been in place since 2018.

    Just to be precise, could you please confirm the exact date when this restriction officially came into effect?
    Was it January 1st, mid-year, or tied to a specific release version or product page update?

    Knowing the exact day really helps me understand the timeline.
