Changed URL and borke site HELP!!!!

    I changed the site url and nothing happened…
    so I changed it back…
    I changed the WordPress URL and it all broke. I cannot login to the admin panel
    It says database error…

    I googled it and tried the wp-config additions and the functions.php additions and nothing is working…

    Please help me!!!
