Changed URL 'correctly', not resolving

    I changed my default URL from the database. The changes are reflected in the Dashboard ‘General’ settings. My URL still fails goes to redirect the way I want (I have to input the ‘special’ uRL manually to reach homepage).

    Did I miss a step?
