Changed URL – Fatal error – wp=settings.php – line 116

Help – I have been reading these forums but still have not found an answer to my problem. I have two WordPress blogs, both switching to a new webhosting company and domain. I was able to change one successfully but have been stuck for about 7 hours now with changing the second blog. I am trying to change from http://www.studioexart.com/cali to nickcernak.com/ltd – Basically this is what I have been seeing after I carefully went through each step from Tamba2’s WordPress guide:

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required ‘/home/content/n/c/e/ncernak/html/ltd/wp-settings.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/content/n/c/e/ncernak/html/ltd/wp-config.php on line 22

**UPDATE**
OK so I added a line and now I get this error:
