Changed URL, Lost Site

    I changed the URL from Internet2018 to Internet2019 and now I can’t view the site or log in to the Admin panel. This site is for a course I teach on Internet law. I made the same change last year and it all worked fine. The site was working fine before I made this recent change.

    (Help! Need to get this content out to my students by the week’s end!)

    So, change it back. Here’s instructions on how to undo this particular mistake:

    Tried changing the “Functions” file as this tutorial suggested, and now I get this error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_blog_installed() in /home1/dopderbe/public_html/Internet2018/wp-includes/load.php on line 545
