Changed URL now some problems

Hi,
My website was http://www.example.com/scholar
On the admin dashboard settings page I changed both URL fields to /pray
Then the URL was not recognised
Tried to do the wp.comfig edit (define…) but it didn’t make any difference so I changed my wordpress installation folder from scholar to pray and now I can see the site again although can’t login.I tried to login from cpanel but get this message:
