The changelog information is in the readme.txt included with the plugin. I don’t know why it isn’t updated on the Changelog page. I’ve noticed that sometimes the text of the plugin page isn’t always updated after I make a change to the readme.txt. There is a probably a glitch in how WordPress parses the readme.txt information.
